This kit is a simple factory style power trunk release system to remotely open your trunk from inside the vehicle. It comes with our standard trunk release button to mount inside your glove compartment or console and can also be used with our optional billet style release buttons.

In our power trunk release kit you will receive: 1 Power trunk latch, 1 plastic alignment wedge (attached to latch), 1 manual push button, wire and wire loom, full color step by step instruction manual, trimming template, and all necessary hardware. This is everything you will need to install a factory style power trunk release system in your classic car. Like our keyless entry power trunk option, this may require some minor sheet metal trimming on some vehicles for installation.

Tom at Klassic Keyless has done all the research and engineering necessary to retrofit my 1964 Impala with a power trunk release.  His instructions are spot on and his customer service is second to none.  He included a relay in my package to help it interface with a third party remote release button, and it came with a connectorized harness labeled exactly as it needed to be connected. I am 100% thrilled with this product and customer service.
